The purpose of the OC is to ensure the members of the organization interact in a relevant manner that allows the beneficial exchange of ideas and opinions that contribute to the success of the organization.

It is also observed that the existence of an organizational communication climate (OCC) favors the feeling of support and trust among the members of the organization, besides cultivating the communication process in a way that is bidirectional and every idea is considered during the taking of decisions, thus developing the commitment to achieve high performance objectives.

After the construction of the literature review, a methodology was used to observe the means of the responses granted by the managers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) dedicated to manufacturing, construction, commerce and services in Aguascalientes state, using an instrument to assess the OCC.
